Interactive Learning
At Walkerhall we have access to some
of the most advanced ongoing research into learning and knowledge acquisition
in the world. Everything we do is based on the latest, proven techniques,
tools and processes. Nothing is left to chance, for example; content is divided
into 7 minute “slots” to
reflect that latest degree of understanding of concentration spans and
even the layout of the workshop venue is seen as crucial.

From research it is very clear that interactivity enhances

using techniques that can be embarrassing or unnecessarily uncomfortable

Learning Styles
The concept that underlies the basic approach to training
and development at Walkerhall is known as “Accelerated Learning.” This
approach recognises that as individuals we usually have a preferred learning
style and that we learn better when that style is employed. However,
because we often work with groups or teams of people, we ensure that the
most important elements of each learning style are blended into our workshops.
